Mir Mosharraf Hossain Memorial Complex

This literary memorial complex has been constructed near Ananda Bazar of Nayakpuri, Baliakandi. The complex is built in Baliakandi upazila of Rajbari district, aimed at the home of the paternal residence of Mir Mosharraf Hossain, one of the greatest literary figures of Bangla literature. The Ministry of Cultural Affairs established this memorial center in 1999. The memorial complex also has a library, a museum with a meeting room, and a guest room. A statue of Mir Mosharraf Hossain has been built inside the complex. On November 13, 1947, the famous writer was born at the house of his grandfather at Lahini Para of Kushtia District, If you want to visit this place with the memory of Mir Mosharraf, you will have to go to village Padmadi in Nawabpur union under Baliakandi upazila of Rajbari district.
